Concorde’s basic philosophy is that a combination of capital and managerial input into a situation will yield a much greater return than the injection of either on its own. Typically, Concorde will take majority ownership and operational control of opportunities in which it invests. In addition to capital, Concorde brings a wealth of real world experience in identifying target opportunities, developing a valuation, structuring a transaction, closing a transaction and operating an organization.

Because Concorde takes an active hands-on approach to its investments, we limit the number of active projects in which we are engaged. Rather than attempting to diversify, we prefer to put all of our eggs in just a few baskets but watch those eggs very closely.
